NKX1000-10 series muffle furnace is ideal for heat treating, reacting studies, sintering processes, and ceramic firing. Our laboratory furnaces feature temperatures up to 1800 degrees Celsius and capacities up to 45 liters. NKX1000-10 series muffle furnace features high quality MoSi2 rod with Mitsubishi (Japan) high quality alumina fiber insulation. A double walled steel internal housing helps minimize heat loss to exterior surface, also keep the surface safe to touch. The furnace operation is controlled by 30 segments digital controller with temperature accuracy of +/- 1 C degree. Proper temperature control is vital to the success of your project as well.
